Five years later, Rosa has five children and discovers that her husband has several wives. Domestic violence sets in between Rosa and Etienne. One day, Rosa leaves for Europe, destination Zürich. A long journey begins. Arriving in Switzerland, Rosa faces a reality much worse than she had imagined, it is the beginning of a new violence.
By telling Rosa’s story, Abek’s message is to raise awareness about the reality of immigration. Throughout the film, the question of choice is omnipresent.
